NURSERY/LKG/UKG REGISTRATION : 2025-2026

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ESSENTIAL POINTS FOR APPLICANTS TO TAKE NOTE OF

Application forms will be available online (only) from 20^th September 2024 on the website www.agnelgreaternoida.org.

Admission will be on first come first serve basis and the process and admission link will turn inactive as soon as all vacancies are filled up.

A hard copy of the form submitted online has to be deposited at the School along with documents (duly signed) as mentioned in Step 5 below on or before (30 October 2024). FORMS NOT DEPOSITED AT THE SCHOOL WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IN ANYWAY.

The parents of shortlisted candidates will be intimated about the date and time for the Interaction. The number of seats is very limited and it is simply not possible to accommodate all.

Fr. Agnel School being a Christian Minority School, preference is given to Christians, if they meet the requirements and applied within the stipulated time.

AGE CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY

Nursery

Only Children Born between 31st March 2021 to 1st April 2022 (both days inclusive) are eligible to be called for admission for class Nursery. Admission will be based on Interview only.

LKG

Only Children Born between 31st March 2020 to 1st April 2021 (both days inclusive) are eligible to be called for admission for class LKG. Admission will be based on Interview only.

UKG

Only Children Born between 31st March 2019 to 1st April 2020 (both days inclusive) are eligible to be called for admission for class UKG. Admission will be based on written test & Interview.

IMPORTANT (MUST READ) GUIDELINES TO FILL THE FORM

STEP 1: Please fill in the registration form carefully.

STEP 2: After filling the form, please read the declaration and click on  checkbox and then click on Next button.

STEP 3: On opening of payment gateway you have to pay Rs.100/- per application (Non- Refundable) and complete the process.

STEP 4: Once the payment is done, you will receive USER ID & Password on your Registered Mobile No. and Registered E-Mail Id

STEP 5: On receiving your User ID & Password use the same to print your duly filled Registration Form and Acknowledgment Slip.

STEP 6: The printed form along with the required documents is then to be deposited at the School on or before (30 October 2024).

NOTE:-

1. Registration charge will be Rs. 100/- per application (non-refundable).

**The shortlisted candidates will be informed about the Interaction date and time only through their Registerd  ID. 

Please refer to the website for current year fees which will be updated for next academic year 2025-26 in month of January 2025. One time Admission fee will be Rs. 50,000/- per child.

• Downloaded Acknowledgement of Payment Slip
• Birth Certificate
• Scheduled Caste/Tribe Certificate for S.C./S.T. Child, EWS, OBC, etc.
• Local Address Proof [any one]: Driving License/Passport/ Rent Agreement.
• Student’s Aadhar Card.
• A letter from the Parish Priest for a Catholic /Christian Child.
• Identity Proof of Parents for all Categories - Aadhar Card.
• Photograph of: Ward, Father, Mother, Family, Guardian (If applicable).
